Welcome to the New England Chapter of the Lambda International Car Club

classic and antique cars for gays and lesbians and their friends

The Yankee Car Club is a chapter of the Lambda Car Club International founded in 1981 and now haw almost 2000 members in 27 local chapters from coast-to-coast who share the same passion for things automotive that you do! Ownership of a classic car is not required.

Lambda Car Club International was founded in 1981 as the Gay Old Car Owners Society, based in New York, NY. Since then, Lambda has kept expanding, and having MORE FUN, thanks to people JUST LIKE YOU!

P-Town Invitational

Every year in September the Club has its  annual P-Town Invitational bringing together  members from all New England and other  surrounding states.  Up to 150 members and  their friends attend with their cars for a  weekend in P-Town, the annual car show,  and  ending with the Parade of Cars down  Commercial Street.

Club Events

In additional to the Invitational, the club sponsors other functions throughout the year as well as attending other local events and meets.  Join us for the new member brunch and auction in the spring, the holiday party in January, and any of the various local and regional events throughout the year.
